Herbed Cheese-and-Cracker Bits

2 (10 oz) boxes cheese crackers bits, Ritz cheese bits, not peanut butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 (1 oz) package salad dressing mix (recommend Hidden Valley Original Ranch)

1 heaping tablespoon dried dill

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon celery salt

Place the crackers in a large sealable freezer container. In a bowl, mix the oil, salad dressing mix, dill, garlic powder, and celery salt. Pour this mixture over the crackers. Cover the container and invert to coat all the crackers with the seasoning.

Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, turning the container every so often to keep the crackers coated. Let the mixture come to room temperature before serving. Store in the covered container in the refrigerator.

Class on Rewriting

Saturday, I taught a class at the Heartland Writers RWA meeting.

Rewriting is a task all writers must endure. But it can eat up hours of time, but is well worth the endeavor if it helps sell the manuscript.

Thanks everyone at HWG for giving me a chance to share what I've learned.

You guys are the best,

Tina

Last Golf Outing for the Year

The golfing season in Nebraska is probably over.

Mike and I managed to get in nine holes this past week. We enjoyed a beautiful day, but with all the leaves on the ground we lost a number of balls. Can't say we played that well either but we had fun.

Hope you can get one more round in before it gets cold in your neck of the woods.

Have fun,
Tina

True happiness is not made in getting something. True happiness is becoming something. This can be done by being committed to lofty goals. We cannot become something without commitment. -Ashton
