Romantic Tip #3

Check out the area in which you live and try some place new.

Ask friends or co-workers were they like to go and get address to try them out.

Or if you don't like trying new places, why not visit a place you haven't been in a long time. Maybe, where you proposed, or had your first kiss.

Have fun and kiss sweetheart today.

A Smart Romantic Tip

Having plants in our work space and homes are said to help us live longer.

So why not instead of giving her roses that will die, give her or him something that will last. I love the mini-roses that you can buy now. They are beautiful and can live on your desk for months if not years.

The rose I have in my hand above is artifical and marks the sale of my first book. A wonderful keepsake.

Try something new and keep the romance alive.

Desert in Bloom

Wanted to share some of the unique plants in the Joshua Tree area. Right now the desert is beginning to bloom, a truly wonderful thing to see and enjoy.

This little tree is called a burning bush because of the different colors of its branches. What you can't see in the picture is those little stems are actually long thorns. Not a fun bush to fall into.

Check out some of the other plants on my website.

Romantic Tip - Visit a Winery

Back when my husband and I lived in Nebraska one of my favorite things to do was go to a winery. We shared time together and found some amazing wines.

Most of them, I like better than the California wines that I can now get.

Give it a go and add a little romance to your life.

Release of Fairy Fun by Anita Philmar

Blurb for "Fairy Fun"
Dedrick Forester, Prince of Endole, is fast approaching the end of his fairy cycle, which means losing his ability to fly, transforming into a wood gnome, and having to choose a mate. Until then he just wants to have fun...and lots of sex.

King Rosewood of Evermore is determined to see his daughter wed, but Chloe loves the freedom of fairy flight too much to settle down as a frumpy old wood gnome. She escapes and spreads her wings to reach new heights...like air sex with a stranger.

Combine her passion with Dedrick's and sparks light up the sky. Both discover pleasure beyond their wildest fantasies. But neither is prepared for the emotional connection. Now Dedrick must convince Chloe that losing her wings doesn't mean there aren't other ways to fly?

Thanks Anita for sharing. This is a fun short story that I really enjoyed.
