Last week, I took a vacation from writing. My family and I traveled up to North and South Dakota. We had a wonderful time visiting historical places and seeing amazing landscape.
Even after we came home I refused to do any work. I wanted to give myself a break, but I found I wanted to write, wanted to get back to work. Still I stuck to my guns and didn't write a word. (Other than a to do list.)
Now, this week I'm back at it with renewed energy and excitement.
